Hello,

This package I shipped has seemingly been stuck at the airport since January 31st. All customs have cleared. I have tried contacting the carrier for information, but I am unable to call internationally.

the parcel stuck in Beijing airport. It should have customs clearance problem. Please ask receiver call China Post hotline 11185 and inquiry delivery detail. Receiver might need pay some duty.

I got my business partner to contact them while I contacted USPS, and they both stated that it cleared customs on the 30th. Can it really take 20+ days to get from Beijing to Weifang (500 kilometers)?
