Hello,
parcel nr. RD268532864CN seems stuck at "collection" status for 6th day, is it normal or should I do something?

just wait one more week and see what happens in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php . If location still stuck in Nangjing, then you should contact seller. If seller can not help you, open a dispute and claim refund.

for so long time you have not got the parcel. they should be rejected or lost. any battery inside the parcel?
