Post Parcel still pending for almost over a month!

Hey. I got something sent to me on the 6th of September and I’m yet to receive my parcel.
I’ve tried tracking it on AusPost and it keeps saying it’s pending. I also tried calling them and they mentioned my parcel has not been sent from China Post !

I’m wondering what is happening with my parcel as I’ve paid for it and cannot get my refund.

Please get back to me ASAP.

You'd better post tracking number otherwise none can help you.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LZ789081072CN has no record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

If you just got the number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

If you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
