Post Parcel status wont update. (EMS)

Hello,

Tracking number: EV831740940CN

The status of this parcel won’t update.
How can I know if the parcel is shipped?
Can I contact the post office?
I need to know their Email/ phone number.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_ems.php?code=EV831740940CN shows your seller shipped the parcel on Sep 5. You need wait 2 to 4 weeks to get it in Israel. If you can not get it by early Oct, you need open dispute for lost parcel.

Thanks for the reply!
How can we know for sure that the parcel left the post office and its on the way?
Because it just says that they recived the parcel, not sent it.

The parcel is on the way to your country, but You can not know exactly where it is at this moment. Once it arrives Israel, Israeli Post website will show its arrival information.
