I'm bought a smart bracelet watch. The seller sent it to me on 10th of November.
The forecasted arrival date was 12th of December. Unfortunately, my parcel is not arrived.
It is a christmas present, and christmas is so close.. I'm really worried about it.

The tracking number is : RI196485592CN

Last status: "Departure from outward office of exchange" (this status is really means nothing for me) it was 31 days ago.

Finally, if someone can help me about it I'm really appreciate.

Thank You, for the quick response but I think we can agree, instead of the christmas present a piece of paper with an information "please wait... " is not so nice..
