Hello,tracking nr shows status EME and its 1 month now,tracking nr RN522996325GB how long it will take to deliver parcel????

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RN522996325GB shows the parcel arrived Chongqing on Aug 25. It is in hold in customs since Aug 27. Receiver need to call china post hotline 11185 and arrange pickup from China Post customs warehouse. Some customs declaration form might need to be filled.
