My parcel RN727193207GB shows delivered on the English version of China Post but on the Chinese version of China Post it says "邮件投递到：东旭大厦菜鸟驿站自提点,投递员"

A family member tried to pick up this package for me but they said I need a pickup code which I did not receive from China Post. Can someone help me locate the package and tell me how to retrieve it?

Normally you just give them the receiver's name, the manager will pickup the parcel for you. If it is a pickup container, the delivery postman will send the pickup code to receiver's cell phone. you can call postman刘新佳,phone:18332624300,or the post office number :0315-2825876. they will give you pickup code.
