1. Does anyone know why it gets stuck?
2. Should I call China Post myself, or can I send an e-mail to them?
3. Does anyone know how long a parcel can stay with China Post before it's returned to sender?

1. You are not saying if the recipient call China Post or not?

2. I would suggest to you that somebody call China Post: 86 20 11185, they speak only Mandarin.

6. Like I said, your best bet is to have somebody call China Post as soon as possible to find out were is the parcel.

2. I suspect strongly that your parcel has arrive in Netherlands. It is probably at the Customs Office getting clear. Time at the Customs Office does not count for the estimated arrival time.

3. Please also take note that parcel from China Post to Europe estimated arrival times is around 2 to 3 weeks. Also by checking the Internet, I found that they were 2 Holidays in Netherlands on the 27 April and 5 May.

1. To me left post office means, going to the next delivery point in China.

2. Have you call Norway Post Office to start an investigation about the parcel you mail to China. China Post will have to answer. From there, you will be able to know for sure what happen to you parcel. Refuse by the recipient or detained by Customs or sent back!
