Hi, i have a parcel with tracking number RO066171371CN which shows the following status

9/30/2016 9:14:00 AM China 23002800 Receive item from customer (Otb) Air KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE
10/4/2016 3:47:00 PM China BEIJING Insert item into bag (Otb) Air KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE
10/5/2016 China BEIJING Send item abroad (EDI-received) Air KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

There has been no updated since 5th October and on getting in touch with the Kolkata Aiport Sorting office they informed me today that they have still not received the parcel.

Can you please help as i need this parcel urgently?

1. There is no problem with your parcel, it's fine, Kolkata Aiport Sorting office has a lot of work and your parcel will eventually show up there and be scan by them. You just need to be patient and track your parcel on the India Post site for new update.

Thank you @int077 for your response but the Kolkata sorting office informed me that the parcel has left Beijing but not reached the Kolkata center. I am worried whether as to my parcel has been lost in transit as i believe it shouldn't take so many (12-13) days for a parcel to reach Kolkata from Beijing.

Well anyways i cant really help but be patient and wait. Hope the process speeds up and I am provided with an update soon.

2. Do you know what the person did to give you that info, he just did the same thing as me, go on the India Post site and track your parcel:

3. It does not show that India Post scan your parcel but it does not mean that your parcel has not arrive in India! You just need to be patient and you could read this for your country:

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel arrived Saudi on Oct 9. You need contact Saudi Arabia Post office in your city and pickup the parcel asap.

Hi people. I am running out of patience now. My order with tracking number RO066171371CN has not seen an update since 5th of October. Any leads would be greatly appreciated.
