Post Parcel sent but not delivered

I sent a parcel from Ireland on the 7th January and it arrived in China on the 15th. I got an email to say an attempted delivery was made, but it wasn't because the person I posted the parcel to was at home on the day in question.

It now shows on my tracking in Ireland that it is being Returned To Sender 😮 😮 😮

WHY????

The tracking number is

RL536745217IE

Please tell me why it is taking so long to try and deliver and why it states that it was attempted delivery when it was not.

Hey, i bought something in Ebay and it appears 3 times: attempted delivery. Where is it? The tracking nunber is LK538276953CN

LK538276953CN is in the hand of USPS in KISSIMMEE, FL, you should contact them immediately, otherwise the parcel will be returned.
