http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV460583273CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Jul 6. it is still in shanghai waiting for flight to europe.

According to http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows average waiting time to SLOVENIA is about 55 days. but some package did take seventy more days to arrive, I'd suggest wait patiently.
