Post Parcel returned to sender - why???

I don't know what could be the reason, also don't know if parcel reached my country, or if it was returned by Chinese carrier. It's small pocket knife, allowed for shipping everywhere in the sane world, don't know if some stupid customs officer decided to change the law... Parcel no# LP00162708032999
