Post Parcel Post Delivery Problem

Hello,

My parcel post has been arrived from United States by USPS and it's being held in Shenzhen Customs since last month (about one month) as I am following by Track Number. I live in Shenzhen and my home address is changed recently. How can I give my new address and phone number for delivery?
and please let me know when I can receive my package?
Please help me. I am looking forward to your feedback.

If china post tracking system shows the parcel arrived Shenzhen but you did not get the parcel, normally this means your address is wrong , the parcel can not be delivered.

you need call china post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel by yourself.
