Post Parcel Not Yet Received Help Please

Hello there??
My parcel is not yet received to me i visited my Post office and they said there was an issue with parcel and they have sent back the parcel to international mail office Karachi as i'm from Pakistan. Please help me what should i do still the parcel status is not yet updated so i can get the refund. Please help me

Pakistan Post website shows the parcel now is Dispatch from DMO Lahore to delivery office Lahore Postmall.

You need contact Lahore Post office and see if you can pickup the parcel. If they can not help you, you can not get this parcel anymore.

I have visited the post mall office lahore and they are not helping me they are saying there was a problem with parcel (not telling what problem) and they have sent the parcel back to International Mail Office Karachi from where it will return back to the seller. Please suggest me what should i do now?
I have contacted the International mail office karachi to request them to return my parcel back but no positive response from them.

if Pakistan Post does not help you, you can not get your parcel. You must find some way to ask Pakistan Post to help you. Talk to their manager and maybe pay some money to them if necessary.

If still i wont get my parcel, is there any chance i can get the refund from seller as i have 32 days remaining for my buyer protection period

You can try to open dispute to seller and claim refund. Not sure your protection policy. Normally if you purchased from aliexpress/paypal, you can get refund if seller can not prove that you get your goods.

I have checked the status again and now it is updated and showing it is going back to china so i can apply for refund now. Can you please check the status again and let me know your thoughts

if tracking result shows the parcel is returned, you can open dispute for refund.
