My parcel has been roaming around in Guangzhou for more than 3 weeks now.
I have paid for express shipping.
Can someone please tell me when will I receive my order as I need it urgently?

RV838228196CN is china post register airmail. It is not Express shipping, you might be scammed. Open dispute for compensation.

the parcel RV838228196CN was kept rejected by airline safety department. Not sure what is inside the parcel. but it might have something not allowed by airline.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for non-arrival order refund.
