I'm waiting for my parcel with the tracking number RV316419561CN, it was send 19/01/2020 and it's still "on route" to Portugal since that day.
The estimate arrival time to Portugal is a minimium of 10 days, the average is 20 days and the maximum is 31 days, but it already passed 37 days and no parcel came yet.
Where is my parcel??

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV316419561CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on jan 26. Normally it will catch airline in 2 to 3 weeks after sent to airline.

However, now china is suffering coronavirus, most airlines are cancelled. Most airmail parcels to Europe are still delayed in China. You need some patient.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to seller to extend protection or claim refund.
