Post Parcel not moving? Is it lost?

I live in the US and I ordered a pair of shoes about exactly a month ago. Tracking was doing just fine updating daily until the 25th of September. It's been in the exact same state for an entire month and I've been worried about my parcel for a while.
Could it be lost?
Throughout the course of a month I ordered 3 more items from China and all have made it to me in no more than 2 weeks. They were all small packages.
Is it because the box (since they are shoes) is bigger making it take a lot more time to be shipped?
This is my tracking number:
RK527719465CN

I've tried contacting seller but they take a while to respond I don't think it'll help much though since they DID ship it. I don't know what they could possibly do to make it come faster.
Last status was
Export customs cleared in SUZHOU, CHINA

Please help.

1. I found this tracking for you:
International Mail# RK527719465CN Tracking Result
Summary
Tracking number Origin Destination Status
RK527719465CN CHINA UNITED STATES On route

History Detail
Local date/time Activity Location Remarks
25-Sep-2016 18:25 Departure export customs SUZHOU

2. So according to your tracking and mine also other tracking I have done. Your parcel is On Route to USA. Since USPS does not track China Post Register Air Mail parcel it's very hard to find out were is the parcel right now.

3. May I suggest you read this for your country:
http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php

4. To me according to the tracking your parcel is fine so far. You just need to be patient and wait till USPS deliver your Register parcel.

5. You parcel has been on the road for 33 days now, if in 21 days from now you don't receive your parcel, then just open a dispute to get your money back.

Hope this help.
