Post Parcel not being handed to local carier

Hello! I am waiting for a parcel with the tracking number RV483140110CN, looks like it arrived in my country Romania on 07.09.2020 but I didn’t get anything. Could you help me by telling me what to do? Who can I contact? Thank you!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV483140110CN shows the parcel arrived Romania on Sep 7. It is still in Romania customs and not released yet.

Romania customs processing is very slow. Our records shows average customs clearance time is about two weeks in Romania (some parcels, especially those high value item, can take over 2 months get released from Romania customs).

Once parcel is released from Romania import customs, you will see new update.
