This is the message I got after trying to track a number that a seller gave to me. This particular seller delayed for almost two weeks after I had made payments for the item. I actually threatened to cancel the transaction before I was given this tracking number. Usually, the tracking info says the item is not found so I dont understand the significance of this particular message. Please help.

Parcel No.RC410465061CN has not been
received by China Post!

Good day. I would appreciate any information on the above. Even though China post may have their problems, I have used them for a very long time and am always willling to give the seller the benefit of doubt. But in this case, I have reason to suspect that the seller, who happens to be on aliexpress, is not being straightforward.
Like i said, i am not familiar with the message and it has been like that for almost a week now. Any suggestions?

Your seller has not sent the parcel to China Post. You should ask seller why he gave you fake number . If he can not give you correct answer, then open a dispute in aliexpress immediately.

Thanks for your reply. I shall follow your suggestion. I can see that the public holiday will soon start, will it affect the time in which my dispute can be resolved??
