http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php shows the parcel was shipped on May 27 but never move. This is a bad sign. you should open dispute to ebay for lost parcel.

Since it has been almost 90 days and your package hasn't arrived it would be a good idea to contact the seller immediatelly or open a dispute. Your parcel might be lost.
