Post Parcel is stucked in china

Dear Sir,
My parcels with tracking No.RI228884430CN is still in Guangzhou Transit Station 已出口互封(国内经转) since 22/12/2014
And parcel of tracking No. RK132975179CN is still in RK132975179CN Liberia Nanjing Transit Station 已出口互封(国内经转 since 08/01/2015.
And both parcels the distention should be Libya not Liberia as stated in the China post tracking web page.
So please till me what is going on. If the Parcels still in your station I will give new destination address whch will be inside China and this belong to my relative who will take care of my parcels and will send it to me in Libya.
Please till me the rigth action that a viable with you to get my Parcels in Libya ASAP.

RK132975179CN was returned to Nanjing. you can not get the goods anymore. open dispute and claim refund from seller asap.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows it was shipped last year. if you have not got a parcel over 3 months, normally it should be lost or returned.
