Track RR105317977KZ, neither in Kazakhstan nor in China.
POST.KZ and http://track-chinapost.com
if she didn't go through customs, would there be a record?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RR105317977KZ shows the parcel arrived Beijing on Feb 28 but never delivered. This is bad news. it might be lost in China.

If you purchased insurance, contact KZ post for investigation and claim compensation.
