Post Parcel is flagged as delivered but has not arrived

My parcel has been transit since 3 november and is sitting still since 14 november. On the China post site it says that it has been delivered but i didn't receive anything. The t&t number is LZ430467282CN.
Can anyone tell where the parcel is, what the status of the delivery is and when it will be delivered?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_cainiao.php?code=LZ430467282CN shows the parcel was delivered by Netherlands Post on Nov 14. You can contact Netherlands Post for more delivery info.
