Post Parcel held at customs in Ningbo

Good day!
Pls kindly advise me what is wrong with my small parcel (1.5kg) was dispatching by EMS under AWB EF610595549UA .

It was located at customs in Ningbo since October 23.
Final destination is Ningbo.

What is the reason for that?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EF610595549UA is still in Ningbo customs . You need ask receiver call China Post hotline 11185, make customs clearance in person and pickup the parcel.

Thank you very much for provided info but the receiver in China called at the hotline 11185- no answer.

If there is any other contact details like email or phone , address where needed to come? pls advise.

11185 is the only phone number to call China Post. It is like 911 and always has customer service clerk to answer phone call. I don't think your receiver is telling you the truth.

Dears,
Reading about a lot of problems with outcoming parcels but my problem is that my small pack is still under customs control in Ningbo since oct 23.
I am contacting with Chinese receiver- he told me that he visited several customs departments in Ningbo and it is still in the queue to be processed.

No time limit in such situation?

Parcel is abt 1.5 kg with ready to eat healthy energy bars -healthy snacks samples.

To send out parcel - the problem with lack of space on transports.
To receive parcel- the problem with customs .
One common word for both situation : problem((
