Hello, I have sent a parcel from Germany to China.
The parcel was supposedly delivered to the recipient on 11/03/2025. The consignment number is CY287976446DE.
However, the recipient informed me that he had not received it.
The contents are very important and I really need it back.
I sent it in Germany via DHL.
Unfortunately, nobody at DHL can help me.
How can I find out where the parcel was delivered?
I hope someone here can help me.

CY287976446DE was delivered to the mail room of the receiver's company/building on Mar 11. If receiver didn't get it, please ask him/her to contact his mail room or call delivery worker cell phone 15216116540.
