Hi folks,

Hope you’re all well and safe.
I posted a parcel via Royal Mail in London on 1/8 to Czech Republic, via International Track and Signed, but somehow it ended up in Beijing, bizarrely and has been there since 24/8 (with status “sent to airline”) Any of you know how to arrange for it to be sent to the original destination address or at least returned to me?

You need file an investigation with Royal Mail.

Yes, I filed one and all they said it was misrouted in the sorting office and offered me £50 as compensation. But the items are of high emotional value and I want to do everything possible to recover it.
Any more tips on what to do at all?
