Post Parcel from Portugal to China - Declared Value

Hi!

I sent a package on last 30th April (with Declared Value) to China (Shangai) and still the same information about 9 days ago - that left the Customs in China.

Could somebody tell me if China Post give a new travking number or deliver these priority packages to a different Carrier?

I appreciate your help!

We don't have your tracking number, so can not know the delivery detail.

Normally , If your parcel arrived China but can not be delivered, you need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.
