Post Parcel delivery was unsuccessful

Hi. I got an email saying the delivery of my order was unsuccessful and requested me to contact the delivery company China post.

Order Tracking numbers are RB755348647SG and RB755348647SG

I am unable to reach over phone and I also speak only English. Please assist and let me know whether I can come and collect the parcel myself

RB755348647SG has nothing to do with china post. it is Singapore Post parcel number.

Singpost website shows it is now Ready for collection at (LIM AH PIN POST OFFICE). You need go to that post office to pickup your parcel.
