Post Parcel delayed by customs

Hello. I get damaged item from Aliexpress, and sent it back to the seller. It's already on China. But status of shipment now is :"provide an invoice to the customs of the county of destination".
Russian Post support told me, that "perhaps, the problem is that the value of the shipment is not indicated". And "customs officers need this information to impose import duties (if needed)"
And when sending, I really did not specify the value, because the postal worker didn't tell me to do this. Item is not expansive (150$), and not special. It should not be taxed.
Screenshot shows status and track number.
So, how can I solve this problem?

you need ask seller to call china post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel by himself.

Thanks a lot. But what if the seller refuses the request? Can this problem be solved only by me?

if your seller does not contact China Post, you can not solve this problem by yourself. The parcel will be returned to you in 30 to 60 days.
