CY287694374DE arrived in Changsha on Feb 12. It is still waiting for receiver to make customs clearance. Are you receiver?

收件人不去报关,中国邮政是无法投递的.

这个包裹是不是一个退货? 感觉收件人为了逃避退货退款,故意不去报关. 很多黑心卖家经常这样玩这种伎俩. 如果情况确实如此, 那这个就不是一个运输问题,不是中国邮政能帮你解决的. 你需要到联络购物网站投诉卖家,或者打电话给你的银行报告商业欺诈要求退款.
