My parcels last status update was on 25th April 2024 (Departure from outward office of exchange). I am a little bit worried.
Can you please help?

We believe the CY021810304CN is over 2 kgs weight. Such CY***CN parcel is called SAL parcel. If weight over 2kgs, it will travel about 2 to 6 months in ocean ship before it arrives in your country. Please wait some more time.

My package still has not arrived. If I try to track it, I get no tracking information any more ("No tracking information is available for this item")? What is wrong?

you can track the parcel is Austrian Post website. This is a very slow parcel, you need time.
