mein Paket, CR900009786DE, bleibt seit drei Wochen im gleichen Status. Die Sendung befindet sich im Zollabfertigungsprozess für den Import ins Zielland/Zielgebiet. Näheres zum Sendungsstatus finden Sie ...Ich bitte um Hilfe

CR900009786DE arrived in Guangzhou customs on Feb 19. the receiver did not make customs clearance. the delivery is delayed for one of following two reasons:
1)Shipper forgot to print the mobile phone number in the parcel. So china post can not send the customs clearance code to receiver by text message. If this is the case, please ask receiver to call 11185 and they will guide him to make customs clearance.

2)Receiver doesn't want to accept the parcel and make customs clearance. this open happens when parcel is a return for refund. If this is the case , China Post can't do anything for you. You need to contact your marketplace to file complaint against seller. Or call your bank to file charge back.
