Post Packet not delivered from USA to China

Hello. I sent a package from USA to China with tracking number UA923204620US. The person says that he doesn’t receive it yet. I shipped si ce April 23.

Any ideas or how can be traced this or if it is stuck in any local post office? The package goes to:

gu cheng Road
weifang(gaomi), 山东省 261500
China

Any will will be appreciated.

UA923204620US has no record in China Post system. It has not arrived China yet. You need file an investigation with USPS for lost parcel compensation.

Ic called to USPS and they said it is beyond their hands and that their system can track anymore. Is possible to do something to try to recover there and return to me?

USPS should have someway to decide if parcel is lost. You need talk to their manager and file an investigation for lost parcel. Normally if the investigation can not find any result that the parcel is delivered , you can get some compensation from USPS.

Yes I see. I will try to do that the problem a lady said was that like it was First Class is delivered as a regular letter and their system doesn’t have scope to track beyond that, to track should be express or similar service that is more expensive than one can imagine. I will try to find a manager.
