Is my package waiting airline space in Miami?
Or is it waiting for airline space in China?

it is still in China. too many parcels were shipped during Nov and Dec, airline has not enough space to ship them in short time. You need wait another 1 to 2 weeks.

Once it arrives USA, USPS website will show USA location.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows your seller just shipped the goods on Jan 2. Obviously he did not ship the goods in time. You need wait 2 to 3 weeks to get the parcel.
