Post Packages not updated since Nov 17

Hope you can help me find out where these packages are and when they are expected to arrive. All three were shipped on the same day from the same vendor to different addresses.

LS146721585CN
LS146721571CN

The last notification I received on these were that they departed YIWU D on November 17. Today, Dec 14/15th, all three customers started complaining and I need to give a status update. I understand that the holiday season is now on us, but it's been a month now, and I will most likely have to give a refund to these customers unless I can give a viable reason for this delay.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows all your 3 parcels were shipped from Hangzhou to USA on Nov 17. Now is Xmas rush season, processing is slow. You might need wait another 10 to 20 days to get them in USA.

Once the parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show arrival information.
