Hi can you please help me find out what is happening with my package there has not been any track updates ..from the date of 21 November and estimate arrive time says 14 December can you please let me know what is happening tracking no is RI724914917CN thankyou. .clay

Australian Post does not update foreign parcel tracking status. So you can not know delivery status in website(either China Post or Australian Post).

You have to call Australian Post and ask if your parcel has arrived Australia. If they can not find the parcel, it is very possible that the parcel is lost.
