Hello!

I'm contacting you in order to get more information about the package with tracking number RV334891579CN. According to tracking websites like Cainiao, the package is in transit for about 4 months now and since at least 2020-27-02. I had thought that this package was lost since it had no changes for about 4 months, and suddenly yesterday it came back alive again. Now at Cainiao it has this tracking states, but i want to know what does this mean, since it keeps changing this states to similar ones everytime it comes back to life, i need to know when will the package be sent to country destination? Thanks

Cainiao tracking states:

Arrival [guangzhou international center] Guangzhou

Leaving [guangzhou international center], next stop [guangzhou international center] Guangzhou

[Guangzhou international center] Has been exported directly Guangzhou

[Guangzhou international center] Return, remarks: security check return Guangzhou

For unknown reason, RV334891579CN has been slept in Guangzhou warehouse for 4 months.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV334891579CN shows the parcel was just sent to Guangzhou airport again on Jun 30. it is waiting for flight to Portugal.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to claim refund. After you get the parcel in future, you can pay back to seller.

It's weird why this things happen.

Guess i have to keep waiting and pray that this time the package is really sent.
