Hi!
So far I've never had problem with shipping, everything arrived sooner or later but this is the first time I'm experiencing a problem when tracking number status not updating and the package stuck at "export security scan".

RK279520093CN

2016-11-10 12:44:51.0 常熟parcel Transit Station received
2016-11-10 13:12:40.0 常熟parcel Transit Station customs scan
2016-11-10 17:48:29.0 leaving 常熟parcel Transit Station ,next station 常熟
2016-11-12 07:53:39.0 Suzhou Transit Station export security scan
2016-11-12 09:04:13.0 Suzhou Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )

Can you look after what could be the problem?

I have another order which has the same problem, the seller sent it at october, it stucked in export security scan for a month, he said there was a problem the package was returned, but they already resent it again. But it stucked at export security scan yet again, after another 2 weeks of waiting the seller issued me a refund.

I hope won't happen the same with this order too because I want to get the product not a refund :(
Thanks!

Hi, I agree. I have been using China Post hundred of times. However, the most recent experiences are not the best. My packages are either stuck at "Export customs scan (domestic transit)" or "Export security scan".

Here are some examples - RK552123689CN, RF416640594CN, RF425047720CN.

I have sent messages to the concerned sellers. However, they are very adamant that the shipments are fine and everything is fine although obviously it is not.

What is more interesting is the content of all packages are normal t-shirts. Not prohibited items. I can't see any copyright issue(s) or anything.

So, in essence, my view is that there is a lack of competency of the half of China Post. Either they are either too busy or too lazy.
