Post Package Tracking Not Updated for Over a Month

LK978196636CN is the tracking number. It has been left on "Dispatch from Sorting Center
Aug-19-16, 04:14 AM, SHANGHAI". The package is coming to the USA.

Can I please get an update on the package?

1. I have the same tracking as you. You need to do 2 things. First call USPS and ask them if they have knowledge of your parcel coming from SHANGHAI to Chicago USA.

2. Then the next step is to contact seller and give him the full tracking of your parcel and tell him the parcel has not been deliver yet. Normally E Packet should be deliver in 6 to 12 working days excluding the time spent at Customs Office in both country.

3. Your parcel has been on the road for 25 working days, this is not normal at all.
