Where is my package? I ordered an e-bay item in China and The tracking #CP375729723CN. The seller says the package went to New York and then to Atlanta, GA 30378. This item was shipped since February 20, How can I recover the item. Please help me

USPS.COM shows the item arrived USPS office in Atlanta, GA 30378 on April 14, you need go to that post office to pickup the parcel asap. Otherwise it will be returned to China.

But I live in CALIFORNIA, USA. Was the parcel sent to the wrong address? Then What do I do?

USPS delivers the parcel as per the address printed in the parcel by your seller. If the final delivered address is not same as your order, it can only caused by following 2 reasons:
1) your seller printed wrong address
or
2)your seller gave you other people's tracking number.

In both cases, you need open dispute to paypal/ebay for refund.
