Hi! I purchased an item last month and have not received it yet. I would like the status of the package. If I can't receive my package I would like a full refund. Tracking number: LS423626669CN. I've tried to contact the website I made the purchase with but every form of contact is invalid. I need an explaination. Please and thank you!

are you in US Army? USPS website shows parcel status as "On its way to FPO, AP 96666, In Transit to Destination, The item is currently in transit to the destination as of January 13, 2018 at 12:25 pm. It is on its way to FPO, AP 96666". You will get it very soon.
