Post PACKAGE STUCKED, NO UPDATES! PLEASE HELP!

Hi, I send 2 package together at the same time. While 1 of my package already arrived, my other package hasn't had an update at all since 06/08/17 and has been stuck at Guangzhou. Its tracking number is CP308696585CN. It has been 2 months already, can you please tell me where it is and the estimated delivery time?

CP308696585CN is surface parcel which goes through sea. Arrival time is quite unpredictable. After leaving china, none will scan and update its status anymore (your another parcel should still shows in Guangzhou even if it has arrived Indonesia). At this moment, you can do nothing but waiting.

Thanks for your quick reply, but the things is when I first send it, I told the staff that I want to send it by air and not by sea, as I know that it will take long time if I send it by sea (they told me it usually takes around 3 months) and I already paid according the by air fees, also in the receipt its written that its a AR VION which is airplane mode. So why and how does it suddenly change to through sea? And if this parcel changed, how come my other parcel not? I’m sending both together at the same time and by the same means.

I am not sure the reason. It could be the China Post stuff's mistake.

Thanks for your reply, so is there any other way that I can contact China Post to protest them about this thing or claim the money from them? As you know I already paid for the by air service, while in fact they send my parcel by sea which is much cheaper than by air without my consent. Thank you

If you are in China, you can go to that post office and file you complaint. If you are outside China, I believe you can not do it.
