Post Package stuck on its way to WZDM

Hi, I'm worried for my package, because last track is 19.04.2019. and it says:

广州市, 离开【广州互换局】，下一站【WZDM】（经转）

"Guangzhou, leaving [Guangzhou Interchange Bureau], next stop [WZDM] (transfer)"

It was China Post Registered Air Mail shipping, so it said the tracking was available, but there isn't any news on it, and on Aliexpress it says it still hasn't departed country of origin. It should be delivered in the next few days, though. Has anybody experienced this and still got the package? What is WZDM? Is this the reason to contact the seller or not?

your parcel should have left China. WZDM is its last location in china. Normally if you parcel status does not change anymore, it means the parcel is outside of China. The parcel tracking result will freeze at its last china location for quite long time(from one week to three months).

You will see new status once the parcel arrives your country and scanned by your local Post office.
