Post package stuck in Shenzhen?

Hello
I ordered some clothes, the parcel was dispatched on 2018-01-30. It travelled very fast and was "shipped by air" from Guangzhou on 2018-01-31. Then out of thin air (no pun intended) it appeared back in Shenzhen on 2018-02-18. Since then it is stuck on the status "Departure from outward office of exchange, Shenzhen Processing Center". I have ordered a lot of things from a few websites but I never encountered something like this. Could you please shed some light on this?
Tracking number RY806521457CN.

P.s. I know about Chinese New Year, could it be related?

RY806521457CN is still in Shenzhen. it should be delayed by chinese new year holiday. you need wait some more time. Once it catches flight to Hungry, you can track Hungary location in Hungary Post website.

Just got a new status saying "shipped by air" from Guangzhou. I guess I really should wait. Thanks :)
