Hi, my package (EB723787956CN) is still in China since mid July, I am shipping it to Italy, why is it taking so long?

http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows minimum waiting time to Italy is about 3 weeks, you need some patient.

i dont understand why is it waiting three weeks to catch a flight. My package has been in shanghai airport waiting to catch a flight to usa for over 7 weeks now. Why is it just sitting there? What are they doing with our packages for so long? I just dont understand the long delay.

Most international flights in China have been canceled due to the coronavirus outbreak. China Post does not have enough air space.Suggest you wait patienlty.
