hello
please help
tracking information of my package stuck on :

[Guangzhou] [] Guangzhou office of exchange has been sealing
2016-10-30 15:52:30

tracking number is : RS230503832CN
usually packages tracking information takes long time to be updated on :
TAC Air Terminal
until they arrive to the destination countries so why this package stuck on office of exchange ?
for other package RS230491635CN its on TAC Air Terminal and think it normal right ?

1. Sometimes you will see this for parcel:
2016-10-30 15:52
Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported directly

(exported directly) Meaning your parcel is On Route to France.

2. And sometimes you will see this:
2016-11-06 00:16
Guangzhou Terminal, leave the

Meaning the parcel is On Route to France.

3. It's not necessary to have departure for a parcel to be On Route to your country.
