Tracking number: CP322218161CN

Hi, I bought items from a seller in October. He shipped it October 19. It was directed to go to Canada. He mentioned all parcels going to Canada would leave from Guangzhou. But the tracking shows it went from Suzhou > Shanghai > Beijing. It has been in Beijing since Oct 26.

Why has the package been stuck there for over 6 weeks? What can I do to have it shipped to me in Canada? If it will never arrive, I will file a complaint with PayPal and my credit card company in Canada. I just want to know what happened before I get my money back.

CP322218161CN is called SAL parcel , a very slow economical class mail. As Canada Post does not scan this parcel , you can not know its current location after it left last China Post sorting center. So the status of Oct 26 is the last result you can see.

Your seller made a mistake, he should use China Post ePacket to send the parcel to you. ePacket is a little bit more expensive but much faster and reliable. Canada Post will scan ePacket and make it be trackable after arriving Canada.

If you have opened dispute to paypal, you can easily get refund because your seller did not use a trackable service in Canada. His stupid mistake will make him lose money and goods.

I believe the parcel is still on the way, based on our experience, it will arrive Canada by Xmas time. You can reject this parcel if you have got refund. Canada Post will return it to China.

The seller called China Post at 11183 and he was told that the package is still stuck in Beijing as there are no flights to Canada. He said the reason is unknown. Perhaps, less flights due to covid restrictions?
