Hi,

Can i have clarification about why is my packages held in
Vilnius, Lithuania close to 3 weeks now?

This is somthing you guys need to accelerate as planty of you customer loose trust on you....

This not correct as customs have to clear in destination countries, who will contact with me and when if any custom on it to pay?? Even if this is correct why is th8s take 3 weeks? Or more...

Can i please have the exact precise address of my packages in Vilnius or whatever is my packages, i will organise collection by DHL or Fedex, please let me know asap.
