Post Package status stuck on "departure export customs" for 50 days

My international mail #LX446616497CN has been on the same status for 50 days now, it says Departure export customs on SHANGHAI EMS since 19 August...

Is this normal or has something happened and will the parcel ever come to Finland?

Finland Post website shows the parcel just arrived Helsinki on Oct 7. You need contact Finland Post for delivery detail.
