Hello, my tracking number is CP310501866CN. I checked the status every once in a while but the status has not changed since. Is there something wrong with this?

2. So according to the above tracking your parcel is On Route to the Philippines. Possibly your parcel is making some hop before arriving in your country. Also possibly there was a backlog of parcels in GUANGZHOU.

3. As soon as your parcel arrive in the Philippines, it will be scan by Philippines Post and then the parcel will have to go through the Philippines Customs for clearance.

is there any update to this that you can see? the status has still not changed on my 17track app.

1. May I suggest you contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. Ask him to check with China Post what is going on with your parcel.

2. No update same thing.
